People doing clinical pilates

Clinical pilates is a form of exercise that combines movement with breathing to ensure correct activation of targeted core and postural muscles.

The benefits include:

  • Increased flexibility, strength, tone and posture
  • Correction of muscle imbalance
  • Aids in rehabilitation post injury

Our physiotherapists Kaitlyn and Allana are trained in Pilates rehabilitation and can provide a 1:1 session or 3:1 group class.

Our Clinical Pilates classes in South Perth focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness in a safe, guided environment. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing long-term pain, preparing for birth, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence, Clinical Pilates provides targeted exercises tailored to your needs.

Each class includes a variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, weights, Pilates rings, and balls. Based on your initial assessment, our physiotherapists will tailor an individualised exercise program to help you achieve optimal recovery and your health and lifestyle goals.
