Post-natal physiotherapy check up

It is recommended that all women have a 6- week postnatal check with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist. In this appointment, we assess your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, review your posture and address any concerns. One of the most important things we can also help with is making a safe return to exercise, offering advice and a tailored program based on your needs. FitRight Assessments can also be completed along with referral to any of the FitRight classes.
